For deliveries within Belgium and abroad, "www.canaplay.shop" uses various delivery services. Guarantees regarding delivery times and the condition of your package are those provided during the transaction.
The customer is informed of the delivery time as received from the carriers (based on the customer's address). A tracking number is provided for online package tracking.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, insurance, and postage. They may include a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping for each one.
Delivery is free in Belgium and the European Union.

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging (which is the only way to ensure the goods are transported safely). The consumer will be liable to compensate the seller for any diminished value of the goods. All returns require a return authorization number, which can be obtained free of charge via the CONTACT page of our website (see our terms and conditions).
The return of goods is at the buyer's expense, risk, and peril (you are therefore advised to declare the value of the goods and take out insurance to cover these risks). However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in particular, for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as parts assembled at the buyer's request. Consequently, the amount of shipping and service costs will be deducted from the refund for the returned goods. Both shipping and return costs will be borne by the consumer.
